If you would like to purchase your home in PASCO County you must take a workshop in Pasco.

This webinar begins at 8:30AM, you are encouraged to join at 8:15AM. Failure to join by 8:30AM will result in you not being able to attend and will have to register and pay for the next available workshop.

THE CERTIFICATE RECEIVED AT THE WORKSHOP IS NOT AN APPROVAL FOR DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE OR FINANCING. YOU MUST APPLY AND MEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.

THE CERTIFICATES ARE VALID IN MOST COUNTIES FOR TWELVE MONTHS.
*If you have not purchased a home within that timeframe, you will need to attend another workshop.*

For the registration fee, you will have to check out with PayPal, BUT you do not need an account with them you may check out as guest and use debit or credit.

Our Home Buyer Webinar is in an online format using the Zoom software. We will be offering the 8-hour Home Buyer Workshop in two, 4 hour parts. You MUST complete both days to receive a certificate.
