FINANCIAL AND HOUSING RESOURCES

  • Offices of Homelessness: Offers emergency, transitional, and permanent housing, and supportive services to address the varying needs of the persons who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless
  • MyACCESS on MyFlorida: Apply for benefits, check the status of an application, report changes, receive information faster by opting-in to receive electronic notifications, and upload documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Duke Energy: Will not turn off electricity for non-payment due to pandemic
  • Pinellas County Economic Development: Information about emergency business loans and assistance
  • Florida Reemployment Assistance Program–
  • 211 Pinellas Cares: May be able to provide financial assistance while you are unemployed. Helps pay past due bills.

    Emergency Shelter for Homeless. 3 hot meals a day, 112 bed shelter, 30 night free stay, several programs. Access to One-Stop and Christian Cafe. 
  • St Petersburg Free Clinic Women’s Residence

    Shelter for single homeless women. The mission of Free Clinic Women’s Residence is to provide safe and supportive transitional housing for single, homeless women who are capable of living independently. 
  • Pinellas Hope

    Catholic Charities established Pinellas Hope in partnership with the interfaith community, local government, businesses and other not-for-profits to assist the homeless with 250 units of emergency shelter and 156 subsidized efficiency apartment units.
  • Pinellas Safe Harbor

    Pinellas Safe Harbor is an emergency homeless shelter and a jail diversion program designed to be a safe haven for those currently homeless and who require services to get back on their feet.
  • The St. Petersburg City Refuge

  • Haven of RCS Domestic Violence Shelter

    The mission of ALPHA House is to provide housing and supportive services to homeless pregnant women and teens, new mothers with infants, and families experiencing crisis pregnancies. ALPHA House is Pinellas County’s only residential maternity program.
  • Haven of RCS Domestic Violence Shelter

    Provides emergency shelter, transitional living and outreach services to victims of domestic violence and their children. Other services include: 24hr hotline, legal advocacy, support groups, individual counseling, cell phones, professional training, and information and referral.
