Suncoast Housing Connections was established in 1982 and since then has been helping homeowners and home buyers throughout Tampa Bay. We are a NeighborWorks HomeOwnership Center and a HUD Approved Housing Counseling agency.
Suncoast Housing Connections’ mission is to is to provide Education, Counseling, Housing Opportunities and to Revitalize Neighborhoods for low to moderate income households.
We do this by providing Homebuyer Education classes, Down Payment Assistance, Credit Counseling, Budgeting Counseling and building affordable homes. We provide services throughout Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

Homebuyer Education Classes
Homebuyers educated through our Home Buyer Education Class in Pinellas and Pasco counties are better prepared to keep their home. Classes are held monthly, we invite you to register here. The 8-hour course covers the basics of how to purchase a home, the players involved, pitfalls, inspections, insurance and more. After the class each attendee receives a Completion Certificate that is valid for one year and is a requirement for those applying for Down Payment Assistance for local or county agencies.
